Banyan Golf Club = 11.2 km
The course provides for spectacular mountain and ocean views from almost all of the holes and is one of the best layouts in Hua Hin. Each hole has six tee boxes making the course more or less challenging depending on each golfer’s ability and tee selection. Strategically placed water hazards, waste bunkers, and sand traps are spread out throughout the course. Significant use of native pineapple groves makes local fruits come into play if straying too far off the fairways. Be careful, pineapple plants are sharp and scratch easily.

Set in a valley surrounded by huge black granite rock-covered mountains, the Hua Hin golf course was the site for Asian PGA tour events in 2009 and 2010 and the Europe versus Asia match play Royal Trophy in 2011. In 2012 and each year since Black Mountain was selected as one of the 100 best golf courses outside the USA by Golf Digest magazine. In 2014 Black Mountain hosted The Thailand Classic, the first European Tour event to be staged in Thailand. The Thailand Classic also held in 2015 and 2016, is now a major fixture on the European and Asian Tours.

Milford Golf Club
Designed in 1992 by Robert McFarland, the course has a feel of a “links” due to its seaside location and is surrounded on three sides by forested hills. The natural lie of the land makes for a large angle of elevation on most of the holes, which adds to the interest and challenge of the course.

Springfield Royal Country Club
One of Thailand’s premier courses – the Jack Nicklaus designed 18-hole Springfield Country Club of Cha-am. Opened in 1993, this intriguing course will provide a challenge for golfers of all standards as they thread their way through well-placed hazards to greens of the highest standard. Accuracy is required at all times as the fairways are flanked by a series of hillocks and covered by a forest of small trees.Address: 193 Moo 6, Huaysainua, Cha-Am, Phetchaburi 76120

Lake View Golf Club
Designed by Roger Packard in 1993, the course is truly absorbing. Although rolling fairways and spectacular mounds surround the greens – many of which are hidden by the trees – make some shots rather tricky, golfers are helped out by well-defined fairways to get back on the right track. Particularly absorbing is the par-three 14th where the player tees off from one small island with the intent of landing their ball on another small island 207 yards away.
